Greg received a Bachelor of Health Administration from Auburn
University in 1982. He also received a Master of Business Administration in
1995 and a Master of Healthcare Administration in 1996, both
from Georgia State University. After working in the healthcare
administration field and in managed care with Blue Cross/Blue Shield
of Georgia as Director of Operations at HMO Georgia, Inc., he moved
into physician recruitment and found a rewarding career.
Greg began his physician recruitment career at Jackson and Coker,
Inc., in the Atlanta division, serving as a Director of Recruiting
in the Southeast Retained Division, from 1989 until 1995. In 1995
he helped start a new retained search firm in Atlanta, Pinnacle
Health Group, serving as a Vice President of Recruiting from 1995
until 1999. In February of 1999, Greg started Southeast Physician
Search.
Greg is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR). He is also a member of the Alliance of Medical Recruiters (AMR), a nationwide association
of 150 fully credentialed recruiters. Through this network, SPS
has access to reputable opportunities across the nation in addition
